What we learned from the Digiday Agency Summit in Austin, Day One

Before we get to the good stuff, let me say this: It’s nice to be one of the only small shops in the room. Not simply because of the access to information, but truthfully, for the chance to listen to how big companies talk to each other. They do big, sexy, expensive things, and it’s incredible. But what they talk about pulling off – integration, wholly-produced work, cross-channel production – are the things that small shops do every day. Content is a great example of this.
