As it was for the world, 2020 was unique for the Big team. But despite the challenges — including working remotely nine out of 12 calendar months — it was one greatly rewarded by the Birmingham American Advertising Federation at last week’s virtual 2021 Addy Awards gala.

Big received a total of 21 Addys, including Aaron Gresham’s Creative Director of the Year award for his unique branding and creative positioning of the Apple-backed Ed Farm. 

There’s no doubt that the 2020 roller coaster threw more curveballs our way than we ever could have imagined, resulting in a client-by-client strategy pivot. But the Big team did what it does and rose to every challenge in unique, creative, and collaborative ways to ensure we got the job done — and done well.  

At the end of the day, we are simply grateful we were able to make memorable, creative, and inspiring magic happen despite such a crazy year. These awards are icing on the cake.
