With Alabama facing a 40% decline in students entering teacher education programs since 2010, we helped reframe the opportunity: teachers are the real influencers—shaping lives, futures, and communities every day.
The "Teachers Are the Real Influencers" campaign meets future teachers where they already live: on social media. Through multi-platform video ads and partnerships with Alabama-based influencers, we spotlighted the real-world impact of Alabama educators by giving teachers the mic on influencer channels. Featuring talent like University of Alabama basketball player Mark Sears, the campaign elevates teaching as a career with reach, relevance, and lasting influence.
